Rental conditions
Your cottage is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure you leave the cottage at 12 noon.
We will hold the room for you until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you will arrive later than that you need to let us know, so as not to risk that someone else has rented it once you arrive.
We offer among other things, hiring of linen and kitchen towels for 100 SEK/person and final cleaning of the cottage for 150kr/350kr/800kr (depending on wich type of cottage you have rented). Please note that bed linen and cleaning of the cottage are not included in the prices noted on this site, so please bring your own linen if you prefer not to rent them from us. (Lindstugan is the exception. Bed linen and towels are included in the price!)
Dogs or other fur animals are not allowed in the cottages.
Of course, smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, but there are ashtrays outside for those who need it.
Even if the cottages are a bit apart, we ask you to kindly respect your neighbors and keep a low profile after 10 pm.
Please also note that there are wild kids and domestic animals here so drive VERY carefully as you come to, or leave, your cottage!
Payment details
We will keep the reservation for you for 5 days without any obligations from your part. If you want the reservation to become confirmed however, we need a downpayment of at least the booking fee SEK 500 within the 5 day period.

You can easily pay through PayPal using your PayPal account or credit card.

You can also pay the remaining amount with card, in cash or by Swish to no. +46123 294 06 17 when you come here to Ullstorp, please let us know in advance if you want to pay the rest when you arrive.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made until 24 hours before check-in, we will retain the booking fee but you get the rest back if you paid in advance.
If the cancellation takes place with less than 24 hours before check-in, the cost for cancelling equals the first night + the booking fee.
